On day-1 of your tour stay at Shimla. In the afternoon,enjoy a walk around the famous Mall road of Shimla and enjoy some shopping.

Day-2On day-2 morning, start your journey towards Sarahan. On your way first, visit Kufri. Kufri is a small hill station just 20 km away from Shimla. The place is famous for natural beauty and is one of the most visited tourist places near Shimla. Next visit the Sun temple at Nirath. The Temple is located at a height of 950 mt from sea level and is the only Sun temple of North India.  Upon reaching Sarahan, go to visit Bhimkali Temple. The temple is one of the 51 Shakti peethas of Devi Shakti. As per legend, thetemple is built at the place where Devi Sati's ears fell after she self-immolated herself.Next visit Shrikh and Peak. There is a temple of Lord shiva near this peak. According to legends, Lord Shiva meditated at this point.

Day-3 On day 3 morning, drive to Sangla valley. This is the most charming place in the entire Kinnaur. The place is named after a pristine village of the location. The valley is surrounded by snow-covered mountains, evergreen forests, apples, and cherry orchards. The beautiful Baspa River flows through this place. Day-4 On day 4, go to visit Chitkul.   Chitkul is the last inhabited village within the Indian boundaries on the old Indo-Tibet trade route. The village is situated at a height of 3450 meters and is located at a distance of 28 km from Sangla. According toa recent study by the Centre of Atmospheric Sciences at IIT Delhi, Chitkul has the cleanest air in India. There are orchids, mountains, meadows, hugerocks, rivers, and grasslands in the village which makes it a unique tourist destination of India.

Day-5 On day-5 morning, first, visit Kamru village and fort.Located at an altitude of 2600 meters above the sea level Kamru fort is just 2 km away from Sangla Valley. The fort is situated at a beautiful location and it offers stunning views of Sangla Valley, apple orchards, and streams. The Kamru Fort has a beautiful wooden balcony and at the top of the building, there is an idol of Kamakhya Devi, which is worth visiting.  After visiting Kamru fort start your journey towards Kalpa. On your way visit Reckong Peo.  Reckong Peo, also known as Peo is the head-quarter of the Kinnaur district and lies in the middle of the Himalayas. Situated at a height of 2,300 metres, this tranquil town is famous for its apple orchards. It is inhabited by Kinnauri people and has a diverse culture even today.

Day-6 On day-6 of your tour go for a local sightseeing tour around Kalpa. Kalpa is a small town in the Sutlej river valley. The place is inhabited by Kinnauri people and known for its apple orchards. Apples are a major cash-crop for the region.Enjoy a tour around the apple orchards of Kalpa and observe the local lives.

Day-7 On day-7 morning, start your journey towards Tabo from kalpa.On route, first visit a beautiful village Nako, situated on the banks of a beautiful lake.  From there go to visit Tabo.Tabo is a small town in the Lahul and Spiti district on the banks of Spiti River. The town surrounds a Buddhist Monastery which is believed to be over thousands of year sold.  From Tabo, go to visit Lalung Monastery. Located at a tranquil hill top, this Buddhist monastery is a treat for eyes.From there go to Dhankar Gompa. This striking Buddhist gompa is located between two towns Tabo and kaza.  Kaza is a tranquil town located on the plains of Spiti River. Day-8 On day-8 morning, visit Ki Monastery. Almost 7 km from Kaza, this Monastery, established in 11th century is the largest in Spiti valley. Kibber village is located 4205 meters above the sea level and is the highest permanently inhabited village of the region.  During winter the snow-coved place looks gorgeous.

Day-9 On day-9, go to Manali from Kibber.  On your route first, visit Kunzum Pass. Itis a high mountain pass that connects Kulu valley and lahul valley to Spiti Valley.After Kunzum pass visit Rohtang Pass. It is another high mountain pass on the eastern Pir Panjal Range of Himalayas. The pass provides a natural divide between the Kullu Valleyand Lahul and Spiti Valley.

Day-10 On day 10 return back to Chandigarh from Manali for departure.How to Reach To reach Kinnaur, first, you have to reach Chandigarh or Delhi from any part of the country.From there you can go to Kinnaur via Shimla by road.
